The introduction explains why energy education is so important today: Energy affects all areas of life, and at the same time, many developments related to renewable energy are complex and require explanation. Education provides guidance in this area, builds skills, and fosters an open-minded approach to different perspectives.

The presentation will then provide insights into the Energy WITH Spirit project. It will feature school workshops for children and teens, as well as workshops for adults, which were held as part of the project in Bad Goisern and Vienna. A special focus was placed on vulnerable target groups and people who previously had little access to energy-related topics. The workshops were designed not only to impart knowledge but also to serve as forums for exchange that facilitate dialogue and bring different opinions to light.

Finally, the teaching materials developed as part of the project will be presented: This extensive collection offers flexible concepts, methods, and hands-on elements for different age groups and educational contexts. Through simple experiments—such as mini PV modules or model houses—energy can be experienced in a playful and hands-on way. The webinar provides a space for information, inspiration, and discussion.
