As part of the Strasshof.Klimafit! project, the open-air classroom represented a concrete measure for adapting to climate change on a school site, designed to address summer heat (which began as early as April this year), improve the microclimate, create spaces for active learning and recreation, and promote biodiversity and species diversity.
