SENovation Styria

Shaping the Future Together—Across Generations and Inclusively

On June 23, 2025, the auditorium at the Medical University of Graz became a gathering place for new perspectives on aging: the networking event SENovation Styria 2025 , held under the theme “Innovating Wisely: Shaping Future Markets and Needs,” focused on the opportunities and challenges of an inclusive, intergenerational society.

The focus was on how technological developments, social innovations, and intergenerational co-creation can actively shape demographic change.

Bente Knoll was invited to speak on the topic of mobility and technology development; she presented the Kura:Div project and discussed topics such as longevity, age discrimination, technology development, diversity, and user design tailored to specific target groups.

A sustainable society requires dialogue, interdisciplinary collaboration, and new approaches to shaping the future. The next edition of SENovation Styria is already in the planning stages.
