In January 2025, the B-NK GmbH team made its way to St. Pölten together. As part of the“Gender&DEI@B-NK GmbH” project, a two-day team retreat was held on the topic of “gender competence” and “team building”.
Under the guidance and supervision of Surur Abdul-Hussain, MSc, the team was given extensive knowledge on gender and diversity competence. The different types of diversity (age, ethnicity, marital status, professional experience, work tasks, etc.) within the team were collected and discussed together.
After a session of self-reflection, the evening ended in a relaxed atmosphere with a joint episode of the series “Doppelhaushälfte” on the topic of the gender gap.
